Introducing Elim's Ministerial Selection Board

We are excited at the dynamic and diverse leaders who make up our Ministerial Selection Board which is meeting in Malvern today. They are committed to identifying and equipping leaders for transformational mission and ministry and shaping leadership pathways for the men and women God is calling.

The selection board now meets with applicants and their spouses over two days during the selection process, where they get to know each applicant and explore whether the Elim ministry is right for them.
