We are Elim Foursquare Gospel Alliance (“Elim”, “us”, “we”, “our”). We are a growing movement of Christian congregations in the UK and Ireland. We are a registered charity in England and Wales under registration number 251549 and in Scotland under registration number SC037754. We have our registered office at Elim International Centre, De Walden Road, West Malvern, Malvern, WR14 4DF and are registered with the UK supervisory authority, Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”) in relation to our processing of Personal Data under registration number Z5192422.
Elim and its affiliates, subsidiaries and related entities (“Elim”, “we, “our”) are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal data we collect about our members and visitors to our website. Unless we notify you otherwise, we are the controller of the Personal Data we process about you. This means that we decide what Personal Data to collect and how to process it.

What is Personal Data?
‘Personal Data’ means any information from which someone can be identified either directly or indirectly. For example, you can be identified by your name or an online identifier.
‘Special Category Personal Data’ is more sensitive Personal Data and includes information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purposes of uniquely identifying someone, data concerning physical or mental health or data concerning someone’s sex life or sexual orientation.
What Personal Data do we collect and use?
The type of Personal Data we collect about you will depend on our relationship with you. For the type of Personal Data we collect see the table below in the section entitled ‘Purposes for which we use Personal Data and the lawful bases’.
How do we collect your Personal Data?
We collect most of the Personal Data directly from you in person, by telephone, text or email and/or via our website.
However, we may also collect your Personal Data from third parties such as:

How long we keep your personal data
We will retain your Personal Data for as long as is necessary to provide you with our services and for a reasonable period thereafter to enable us to meet our contractual and legal obligations and to deal with complaints.
At the end of the retention period, your Personal Data will be securely deleted or anonymised, for example by aggregation with other data, so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for statistical analysis and business planning.
We take the following into account determining retention periods for Personal Data;

Sharing your Personal Data
We may share your Personal Data with third parties such as suppliers and providers who will carry out services on our behalf, such as email providers and IT service providers. We will ensure that we have entered into data processing agreements with the service providers which means that they can only process your Personal Data in accordance with our instructions and the applicable data protection legislation and they will not be able to use it for their own purposes.

Where we are under a legal or regulatory duty to do so, we may disclose your details to the police, regulatory bodies or legal advisors, and/or, where we consider necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Elim its personnel, users or others. We may also share your data with our outsourced Data Protection Officer (“DPO”), Evalian, as necessary, in relation to data protection matters. International Transfers
In some instances, your Personal Data may be transferred outside the UK and the European Economic Area. While some countries have adequate protections for Personal Data under applicable laws, in other countries steps will be necessary to ensure appropriate safeguards apply to it.
If it becomes necessary for the purposes of fulfilling our charitable objectives, we have taken appropriate steps to ensure that Personal Data processed outside the UK has an sufficiently similar level of protection to that guaranteed in the UK. We do this by ensuring that:

We do not market our products or services to children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data of children without parental consent, unless permitted by law.
