Aged 18-25 with an interest in missions?
8 young people are about to complete the first year of the Missionary Apprentice Programme and we are hoping for even more to join us this September.
MAP is an opportunity for young people aged between 16 and 25, to get involved with Elim Missions work and develop their understanding of overseas mission.
MAP is a 3 year, part time, journey of learning, discovery and experience in overseas mission. Whether just leaving school, starting university or working full time in a supermarket this course aims to develop young peoples’ understanding of international mission alongside work or study.
We know there are young people in our Elim churches who are being called into overseas missions work but just don’t know what to do with that calling. MAP provides an answer to that.
It is not an accredited course, so there is no qualification to gain; it is simply to bring a greater global view to young people. This is an opportunity for those who are willing to learn, to be accountable and grow in their walk with God; those who have a desire to serve and be part of the mission’s world.
