Administration Assistant

Elim is looking for an Administration Assistant to support the department in organising the annual Elim Leaders Summit. You will play a key role in managing hotel bookings, coordinating with volunteers, exhibitors, and speakers, and ensuring all necessary preparations are in place for a successful event.

The role of the Administration Assistant involves significant support in organising the annual Elim Leaders Summit, a key event for the movement. This includes managing hotel bookings, coordinating with volunteers, exhibitors, and speakers, and handling other logistical tasks for the event. The role also requires assisting the safeguarding team with duties like updating databases, ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies, and arranging training.

The Administration Assistant will also assist with safeguarding administration, including processing DBS checks, organising training sessions, and maintaining safeguarding records. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. They should be proficient in MS Office, demonstrate a high level of discretion and commitment, and be capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

Additional details

  • Place of work: Elim International Centre, Malvern. Hybrid working possible.
  • Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week
  • Salary: £23,000 pa (pro-rata)
