The Elim Leaders Summit, held at the Harrogate Convention Centre from 14-16 May 2024, brings together mission-hearted leaders from across the nations to engage, equip, and inspire one another.
The theme for this year’s summit is Awakening, as we believe we are witnessing the beginning of a fresh season of Holy Spirit awakening across the nation and the nations. God is awakening his people once again to the urgency of the times, the promise of the harvest and the fresh enabling power and presence of his Holy Spirit.
Against the backdrop of an increasingly secular and hostile culture, people are coming to faith in Christ all around us. And we long for the trickle to become a flood.

David Hall’s passion for the supernatural power of God in our lives is so infectious that he travels the world holding meetings with people being changed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
He is a regular speaker at churches, conferences, youth events and as well the church he and his wife Donna pastor; Revival City Church in Adelaide, South Australia. David’s ministry is accompanied by supernatural expressions of God, such as people being healed, people being filled with God’s presence, people being empowered by the Holy Spirit to serve God with a fresh passion and people are saved.
Damilola Makinde
Advocacy Engagement Lead - Evangelical Alliance
Damilola is advocacy engagement lead at the Evangelical Alliance and part of the formation team at King’s Cross Church (KXC).
She is passionate about being a witness of Jesus in public, including through thoughtful Christian engagement in the key cultural and political issues of our time.
Rachel Hickson
Founding Director - Heartcry for Change, UK
Rachel Hickson is recognised as a prophet by many church networks and denominations and acts as advisor to several national and international prophetic councils. She serves several national church leadership networks where she is asked for her prophetic wisdom, insight and leadership strategy.
Rachel is often asked to advise and support teams prophetically during times of leadership transition or major building projects and she has had the privilege of sharing in many adventures of faith.
Chris Cartwright
National Leader - Elim Pentecostal Churches, UK
Chris Cartwright is the General Superintendent of the Elim Pentecostal Church, a growing Movement of more than 550 Christian congregations in the UK and Ireland.
Chris was ordained in 1993 and ministered for over twenty five years in two city churches. In 2010 he became the Regional Leader for Wales and the Southern Region before being appointed as the General Superintendent of Elim in May 2016.
