Children's worker teachings from ELS18

A new Children’s Worker Track introduced at the 2018 Elim Leadership Summit was a great success with over 80 leaders involved.

Lead by Bex Roberts and a team of speakers, this momentous opportunity to ignite something fresh in our children’s workers.

Siobhan Cunningham, of City Gates Ilford, commented, “The Lord really spoke and gave ma e fresh vision for the children’s ministry here at City Gates.”

The sessions encouraged the children’s workers to help children to know and hear God for themselves, and included practical advice about the inclusion of Special Educational Needs (SEN) children, envisioning team members, administration tips and safeguarding advice.

Huddersfield Elim children’s leader Natasha Jamieson said, “I loved every minute of it – especially seeing the passion of so many people for God’s children.”

Recordings from four of the sessions are available to download on the Elim podcast and also in the Elim App. Listen to them online by clicking on the following recording links.

Children's workers - Join us at the Elim Leaders Summit 2019

As ONE movement we are many generations. Children are the church of both today and tomorrow. We believe God is stirring something new and children are part of His plan. To enable this, we are passionate to raise-up our children’s workers across the country.

Our children’s ministry leaders play a crucial role in facilitating the spiritual development of our children, reaching into communities and encouraging each child to discover their God-given potential. The children’s workers stream is a fantastic opportunity to connect, equip, encourage and inspire those with a heart to see God move amongst our children.

The sessions will be fun, interactive and engaging - including an exciting mix of practical tools, fresh perspectives, and inspirational teaching.

Booking now open. Talk with your leadership team and book your place. Special early booking discounts available until the end of February.
