Leading from your strengths

Elim Training has organised a Life Long Learning event where Jill Garrett will be giving insight and running workshops to help Elim leaders lead from a position of strength.

One of the challenges we face as leaders is managing ourselves. Leading from your strengths will help you lead yourself to better lead others. As leaders we all have strengths but unmanaged strengths can easily become our greatest weaknesses.

As experienced Christian leaders, we aspire to grow and develop practically, emotionally and spiritually in leadership. This event, hosted by Elim Training's Dave Newton, will feature guest speaker Jill Garrett.

Jill has been a Christian for almost 50 years and has been working with leaders and leadership teams for almost 40 of them! Ex European Managing Director of the Gallup Organisation, Jill teaches Christian leadership at Regents and Moorlands College and is a strategic leadership adviser for Edinburgh University. She coaches and develops leaders and their teams in businesses, charities and churches, is a former secondary school headteacher, a talent analyst and has worked with leaders across the globe.

The Leading from your strengths training days will be held in two different locations. Places are limited to 50 at each venue and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
